The BWB SUGAR Flame Photometer provides optimized flame photometry for sodium and potassium analysis in the sugar refining industry. Following globally accepted research from 1977 onwards, it enables continuous 24/7 online detection with a uniquely configured channel for extreme accuracy across the potassium control range. This proprietary design has been further improved with an optimized BWB optical array detection system, allowing a single channel to deliver precise and reliable measurements of both potassium and sodium. Specifically requested and designed for the global sugar production market, the BWB SUGAR Flame Photometer addresses the gap left by older, traditional units that are now being retired from service.

The instrument includes specialized potassium and sodium channel detection and is supplied with hybridized, multi-point calibration solutions tailored to customer needs. Its unique Collection Cup provides real-time sample access to the mixing chamber and detection systems, requiring only ambient-temperature samples with a feed rate of approximately 5 ml/min. The FP/PC app enables distributed control by sharing installation and measurement data via intranet or internet, allowing centralized management of multiple refinery sites worldwide. Data can also be exported as CSV files, supporting rapid construction of proprietary Excel spreadsheets and efficient sharing of analytical results.
